Benefit Payment

Ref: RAV977605 and RAV998809 as well as GSENQ947636 to name but a few refers... On 2 Dec 2013 I requested my policy be made paid up and benefit paid out... All necesarry documents was compleyed and signed, emailed back to Old mutual and last week, a certain Veronica confirmed that the documents was at the payment Dept... Pls be so kind as to confirm when payment will be made on the above... I am well aware of the 21day waiting period but today is exactly 25 WORKING DAYS... I have just been informed that NOTHING has been done regarding my request which is totally unacceptable... Was relying on the funds for my child's school fees...
