Proof before payment

More than a week ago, I spoke to Sherrilee from their legal dept and arrange payment, everything went ok, and she even told me that she contacted the lawer and confirmed that the judgment and garnishee order will be stopped. Then when I made the payment of R30 000 on the 28th of Jan 2013, she was on leave till the Tuesday the 29th of Jan 2013. I called her on the 30th just to confirm what we spoke about. She then said she will call the lawyer and confirm with me, she then came back saying that they could not stop the judgment from going through, but only the garnishee order. Why in the first place confirming that they will stop the judgment and all off a sudden they cant after I made a payment. The court date took place in Dec 2012, I requested the documents from them to see the summons, and according to them they have not receive the documents from the court as yet. I mean it has been two months now, and they cant tell me that it takes so long for the documents to arrive. Surely they get a copy from the courts. The only reason that I want the summons documentation is to see if I received it to appear in court. Please Help!
