My cheque card was cloned. 2 Unauthorized transactions were made. I reported it the following day. Want my money refunded but must wait 5 DAYS OR LONGER JUST FOR FORMS FROM THEM that I must complete! Why not the same day? Must I pay interest and bank fees on transactions I did not make? Still waiting for the forms from them. Poor service! Definitely going to change to another bank after 22 years with them.
