I am disgusted with this. I sent a mail about a problem i have with ucount on the 1st of jan. Jason responded on 2nd saying they have escalated and would respond. To this day nothing

I have replied to jason aswell as the enquiry adress and have been completely ignored. The last mail i sent was 4 days ago
