FNB Loans Keep listing me on ITC??

I have complained about this and FNB did not even get the account right! Now please phone me and not send me emails about stuff that is irrelevant! Old debts that have been resolved, Three years have pass and no statement, or any attempt has been made to contact me, I have the same residential address and postal address, I have had many conversations with the bank and both parties agreed that this debt is now prescribed. But after agreeing they sell the debt to a debt collector that is now harassing us and has listed me on ITC, how can a bank do this, THE DEBT IS PRESCIBED now please sort this out and take me off ITC and Experian or off to lawyers I go.
