In NOvember I sent various e-mails to consumer assist to enquire about the status of my Direct Axis Loan account. Eventually Geolene responded on 12 December stating my Direct Axis loan was fully paid at end November. Geolene supplied me with a letter she received from Direct Axis and asked me to what creditor she must allocate the R 533. I specifically asked her via e=mail and telephonically to allocate the money to my Credit Card. To my surprise (or not) this was not done and surprise surprise during December payment run Direct Axis was paid AGAIN. Now, my question is, how can you supply me with a paid up letter and then still pay the creditor? Do you know whats going on in your business or are we, your clients just an irritation. Please note, this irritation has paid you R 7000 for fees and you have been receiving R600 every month for the past 3 years. When are you going to start doing what your paid for? I have to do everything and you slip up with a simple thing like not pay a creditor when it has been settled? What are you going to do to rectify your negligence - because your not going to make it my problem - thats the least you can do. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD customer service
