The company is charging my account for 2 policies. I only have 1. They have placed an investigator to attend my concern. I have been trying to reach them for 3days now and its becoming costly on my side. If they can only communicate with me in some way even email or my work contact. The investigator is never available to take my calls after being on line for a long time via call center.
