I sent a complaint to legalwise regarding unlawful credit lending from FNB, I sent them communication on the 18 November 2013. I signed the power of attorney and sent them all the required documents.
The least they can do is advise me about the progress if they are actually doing anything. Sonto did notify FNB and they (FNB) dispute that they didn't do "unlawful lending".
I then followed up with Johanna (after I complained) she advised that she will send the matter to NCR, I haven't heard anything from either of these ladies and I am a paying client, the least they can do is do some work and give me regular feedback.
They are the most incompetent people ever, what the am I supposed to do?
If they can't help they must be honest about the lack of ability!!
