Poor Business Conduct

I completed the online application and upon receiving an sms I called in to ask whether or not they will simply work on affordability etc as I wanted to get a loan to purchase a property but know that I will not get finance just on affordability alone. he explained to me that they will not be able to assist me with property finance as they do work on affordability, so I then told him to cancel the service. The end of that month they debited my account with the R399. i called in to check why this had happend and they said but i never cancelled the service. I then told them that i did but conveniently they can not find any recordings of that conversation. I received an email from a lady in their collections dept- Amy-a few months later who was going to get back to me after I explained my story to her as well. Until today I have not received any other feedback from her or anyone else, then i got the nasty surprise that they have handed me over to attorneys- Esterhuyze Attorneys, which leaves me no choice but to pay them otherwise I am left with a bad credit record!

Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF!!!
