Poor service and bad attitude

I filled in an online loan application. i was sent a proper application by email ask me to pay R399 and send with signed application... as i didnt sign anything i didnt expect to be debited with 399... i called immediatly and cancelled. It was on the 19october 2013 i was debited. i was told that the money will be refuned to my account after the finance dept contacts me. I havent been called ever since. when i call im told the same thing. i called today a lady by the name LEAH answered she asked me my name and surname, without askin me my ref no she told me its gone to the finance dept for payment, so i asked her if its the right person cos im sure im nt the only miss moodley. and also the loan account is in the name of tavashan moodley. so she was rude to me and asked me if i gt a problem... its my money i gt all the right to question them.
