After arriving at their offices last Friday and almost waiting 5 minutes for the receptionist to finish what she was doing, I handed in my papers with an emergency note requesting a small amount of my funds to be paid out urgently, I was told that it would be paid out by Tuesday. It's freaking way past Tuesday, and this arrogant person who picked up the phone just told me my request is still being reviewed. I asked to speak to an administrator and was told someone will phone me sometime tomorrow.(Never mind my emails I sent to them yesterday, where its promised someone will contact me asap) talk about unprofessional. They are forgetting that its my money they've got but one will say I am asking for a loan. I need the money today but are they worried, Nooo.
