I received an sms with my alexander forbes trust number to my cellphone stating that i will be paid back for fees, or as they call it a fee refund.
contacted them, been emailing since friday and still no reply. post on facebook, they tell me 24 hours and just after that i get told 10 days!!!

i want my refnd in my capitec bank account yesterday as i was promised on the sms, its not my fault you dont contact people before just paying money in. and seeing as i was charges fees every month and my trust paid out 2 years ago, you owe me 12years interest too!!!

oh, and email only as i dont take personal calls at work
