This is a compliment now turned into a complaint. I refer to my call dated 30 December 2013 with Charlotte Skhosana. During this call a number of issues were clarified and resolved and which lead to me logging a compliment. However, Charlotte promised to revert regarding one unresolved matter which I requested her to escalate. Following the compliment logged, Dinky responded on 2 January 2014 at 09:57:57 that she will get Charlotte to contact me. It is now six days later.
