I am a student and i use a student archiver account... the problem is during holidays i have a part time job so when i get paid absa changes its rates to normal account not student rates.. My worry is am stil a student and i communicated this to the bank and they said they want proof of registration. I have submitted over 4 proofs of registrations in a 1month period but stil no changes. For students they had said internet banking is for free but each month for the past 2months i was charged R120.Also i was charged Administration fees of R353. I went to inquire about this and they said they will investigate but they cannot promise a refund. Why cant they refund me? Its their error not mine. How long will the investigations take..it is now 2months?.
