I cannot recall the exact time of the call on 30 December 2013. I had some issues regarding the re-rate schedule. Charlotte Skhosana assisted me and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient. She has compassion and although I still need further feedback this was an excellent experience which left me very satisfied.
