In the last week of December I went to Capitec Branch at RoseBank and when I got there just after 1pm they said to me my Pay slip is not "right" and I had to now drive back to Work and remake another copy, had to ask for more time just to drop off the documents, I drove back to the bank.

I then waited for about 20min for the lady who was on lunch to return and upon her return, they took my documents and after 3-5min they came and told me that they was verifying my pay slip, as I tried to explain that the pay slips are now sent online.

I had to wait for an old gentleman who had a pile of documents and I when there were agents available I was told that they are not working with multi loans. I then waited from 2:10 till 3:40 and what irritated me most was the fact that I the bank had about 3-5 customers waiting, when I finally got a chance to be assisted, they suggested I return to work and they will call me if I can come after work to do finger prints. She then called me after 4pm and said my HR had left she will confirm the following day and will call me, till today!!

Yesterday I went and they asked me to leave my number and they would call me but they have never called
