Discovery will not pay for Ct scan

I went to lisedi private hospital when i was sick it was an a Sunday afternoon. the doctor that had seen me said i have to go for a scan an give me a letter for Monday. when i got to the hospital they said the have to call discovery for authority number an some patients will go in before me as they Ar still waiting for the number.then few days after i got a letter that the claim was not paid an a call from the hospital about the claim . and i call them at discovery to inform them an wanted to know what is the problem, they told me to get a motivation letter from hospital which i did an email it to them still they said the can not read it. i went to sand ton to deliver the letter still i got a respond 2 days later that it was declined. if i pay them still they said y said cannot pay my claim of 3700 with some rands. where did lesedi get the number for me to go to the scan. i was told it was an old number they got from lesedi
