Outsurance poor turn around times, poor service

I put in a claim on the 2 December, the date now is 7 January 2013. My claims have not been completely addressed. I have spoken to Ilana, Thlabelo, Thebogo, Keshwin, Lerato, Lizarne, Lebohang, Fusiletso, Daniel, Barney, Tsidi, Amanda, Rebecca, Pidi, Vaughni, Joleen... I tried laying a complaint and get told that a manager will call and no one did. I have been paying my installments with no issue and was told to find my own suppliers as outsurance has none available. I have been given the run around for too long and on calling Vistel today to find out when they will be coming out they now tell me that outsurance closed the claim yet the work is not done. Your lack of reliable suppliers should not be my problem yet you have made it mine. Your inability to manage your staff's leave and work load should not be my problem. I have dealt with so many of you with no conclusion and no follow through. The claim is approved yet I am till today begging for my motor to be fixed, I had to get qoutes myself for the roof due to your problems with suppliers. I want closure and should not be given the run around. If you cannot function in this business do not offer the servie
