Disgusting Service

I have lodged a complaint with Outsurance as I have claimed for my wedding bands that I was mugged off-and to my disappointment I have not had any response. The way in which the claim was handled as well as the outcome is very disappointing-they require me to have the rings replaced by JRC who has nothing but bad reviews for service & workmanship! You pay an insurance premium based on the value of the ring but when its time to deliver-OUTSURANCE is has not given me the promised service!
