WORST service and no willingness to help

Have been a client of FNB for years now, so much so that i started telling eveyone to move to FNB bcoz of great service and excellent products. I made my parents move to FNB bcoz of this as well.

A month back my dad and i put in an application to FNB for a home loan. WHY did i even bother. The homeloans division has to be the worst in the country. having a clean ITC record and bcoz we bank with them, 1 would think that FNB will be the best option, BUT no. They are just useless when it comes to helping people out, ironic when their slogan is "How can we help you", they should change it to "FNB - Making clients miserable for years!! "

Think i will now move all my products from FNB and the people i asked to move as well.
