False promises and information…

Promise that the home loan will be increased if we move to Standard bank... Made the move, no reply since!

My mom has a home loan at Standard bank. She wants to buy a new property as an investment. The plan was to increase the original home loan rather than to register a new one. Standard bank told her that they can only increase the home loan if she made them her primary bank. Made the move, thereafter we received minimal reply.
