R20 per page for past emailed bank statements

I have been a loyal STD bank client for many years and I recently requested old bank statements from STD bank for Sars purposes. I was told that they would charge me R20 per page to email me these statements. I find this ridiculous as no paper is even being used. I am fed up with STD bank and their schemes to rip of their clients and will now be moving elsewhere. In the past, they confessed that they had declined my home loan application because "it came from a bond originator" despite our previous home loan being with STD bank. They would not even consider our application and we are STD bank customers. Std bank, thanks for years of lousy service and finally making the decision to move banks easier and worth my while.
