Missing EFT

Made a few payments on the 2 /1/2014, All of them went through except the one to Afrihost, They have not received payment even though I provided them with proof of payment, It is for R750, I need to know where this money is, Please investigate this and either pay them or put the money back into my account. this is not the first time I have had an issue with this, Some of us cannot have money going missing like this, I have had to do this on this site as your people in accounts don't seem to have a clue, Kindly resolve this
