Just Bad Service from the WORD GO!

To whom it may concern,

On 09th April 2013, my wife was in a motor accident & not being he fault, she reported the accident to First for Women (Telesure) that same day. At first, Leticia help her with such joy in loading the claim & said that they will be managing this claim for her. I took the vehicle in for assessment & was told that my wife will only be contacted once the panel beaters have all the parts for the repair. Well, to cut the long story short, I had to battle in getting a loan vehicle for my wife; I had to make follow-up calls; I was told that a NEW door would be used for the repair & NOT a second HAND door that has dents in it; NO hub cap was on the car when I went to collect the car today; and things are just going wrong. I was promised a call from the legal department & all other departments from Telesure & yet not a call. People, you had enough time to get in contact with that that drove his vehicle into my wife vehicle & then I MUST PAY excess. I must pay for Sh! $t service? I must pay a excess for service? Come on people, this is my hard earned money. Sort this yourselves out; reduce my EXCESS and get back to me, today still.
