I have been banking with standard bank for 20 yrs, for the pass 2 months i have had R400 on each month taken from account without consent, on the 23/01/2013 at 11:47pm R24 000 was taken from my account, i had contacted Standard bank like everyday from the day it happened, they said its a internal, they are investigating it, but i have not been contacted on the feedback or about my refund, i have call and personal visited them but of no vail have succeeded. i have just been pushed back an fought, everyone is confused in the bank, no one even knows of the correct procedure. Please assist as i wanna change my bank, but can only do that as soon as this issue is resolved.
