My husband has been waiting since 17 December 2013 for MFC to get back to him, after the consultant who assisted him with an extension on the service plan told us that our vehicle has to be serviced every 15 000km, only to find out from the dealership it must be every 10 000km, and now our vehicle has missed its 100 000km service. When we phoned MFC on 17 December 2013, the consultant that assisted us acknowledged that the first consultant did put on the quotation every 15 000km, and that this will be taken up with Management, and that my husband will be contacted within 7 working days. So far no-one has called him. At this stage we are holding MFC accountable if something breaks on the car, and due to the fact that the car missed the 100 000km service, the warrantee on the vehicle is also now in jeopardy. So to say that we are upset with MFC is an understatement!
