Unfair treatment, over change clients

I got insurance from FNB for R 331 per month.
FNB changed my insurance to R 975 without telling me. It turns out they changed from one insurance to another without informing the other insurance to my correct details. Correct address info changed the amount to R 574. FNB counldn't even give my correct address to the insurer.

They did this change on my honeymoon. FNB changed the reference to iss/a g, where the previous insurance reference said Insure.

It took me 2 months to find this out. I only recieved a refund for the last month. FNB said I should get a refund of R 1002.43, I only got R 284.56.

Why did this happen? Why am I being treated this way? Why was I overchanged by more than R 1000? Why doesn't FNB try to fix this?
