Leaving this insurance for good

I stayed in Sunnyside Pretoria, in a flat. not safe at all. and i paid only R780 for my vivo. I got married and now stays in a very secure estate in Midrand. i called mutual and federal to change the address and all was well. until month end when i check my statement, i see they deducted R1100 for the car insurance. when i call and ask why this lots of money, they told me its bcoz i change the address. What the??? why didint anyone bother to tell me that next month my installment is gonna increase, no call no email. even the guy who changed my address never hint on me that the premium will increase... with your expensive insurance, i'm changing you for something better. i cant pay R1100 for the insurance which is even more than half of my car installment just bcoz i change address
