I am just so not happy with FNB. I got robbed as soon as I had collected my card from the bank. The envelope was still sealed with my card and Pin, and when my bag got, my cash was withdrawn immediately. I ran to FNB to report the incident and they took the report but now they are refusing to refund me. I have been a loyal customer for all these years. If i my own money I ws not going to go to the bank and report the incident.

so thumbs down for the bad service I received.
