No resolve, just a unacceptable response!!

At approximately 08:50 I went to my nearest Standard Bank ATM to withdraw money from my account. I was informed that the ATM was not working by the person in front of me. I then went to the Nedbank ATM in the same centre (Tharina Centre, Vaalpark). I inserted my card and entered my PIN (which I have been using for approximately 25 years, without any problems) and then the ATM informed me there is an error on my PIN. I tried to cancel the transaction but my card was not ejected by the machine. I left the machine without my card to go get my cellphone. On my way to the car I received a sms informing me that R1000.00 was withdrawn from my account. I went to my branch in Sasolburg immediatly to report the incident and block my card.
I was informed by the lady at inquiries that I did withdraw the money, I was not even able to select an amount at the ATM, how could I have withdrawn the money? I feel that her response was unprofessional and I was also informed by her that I was the 6th person reporting such an incident today.? have been banking with SB for many years and this is unacceptable. I want a investigation and a resolve urgently.
