This relates to Standard Bank Card Division and my complaint on Hellopeter of 31 December 2013 regarding not receiving an sms when transactions are passed over my credit card account.

After being contacted by Nonhlanhla Tshabalala in response to my complaint and to enable them to activate "Myupdates", I was advised to contact them to provide certain personal details as a security check. This I did via email and received a reply from Luyolo Ndlovu on the 3rd January stating that they had now activated the "Myupdates" service on my credit card and trusted that everything was now in order.

Well, everything is still not in order. As of today, 6 January 2014 I have still not received any sms' for transactions passed over my card account even though I've been advised that "Myupdates" have been activated. Surely it doesn't take this long to activate. Maybe they just feel like messing me around. This has been going on since 3rd December 2013.
