Unpaid Dividend pay out

Every year i receive a dividend payout but last year i didn't receive any so i queried with Link market service. Then they said to me i need to update my bank detail which i did.
But know it been 2 months which they said its been paid out to, which is hasn't. I tried to ask them what the hold up on their side. I wanted to speak to manager, he has not reply and not phone me yet.
They have not answered to my question about the dividend payout.
