MTN Zakhele share transfer frustrations

Contacted Link to transfer MTN Zakhele (MTNZ) shares. After being in business for more than 13 years one of their accomplishment is apparently still not knowing how to transfer shares. To date I have provided them with signed and certified copies of (1) Share sale agreement (2) Share certificate and number (3) I.D's (4) Proof of address. This was apparently not enough and the following documents were sent (5) Proof of banking details (6) Application with stamped bank account reflecting the SAME account (7) Unclaimed dividend form (8) Change of address form with the SAME address again. You would be surprised to know it that stage I probably completed and sent Link all the document they have on their website that any individual could possibly fill in but even though we are already existing registered members of MTNZ (and I thought this would make things easier), more documents were sent in for me to complete. What possible documents could they have sent you you ask? A application form for BLACK GROUPS even though I am an INDIVIDUAL that does not have a company! How embarrassing and frustrating. Please sort out your mess!!!
