Sanlam Dividend Payment Nightmare

Computershare requested all Sanlam share holders via mail to comply with FICA-requirements before 31 March 2013 so as to be able to make electronic dividend payments, thereby combating cheque. Myself and my son and daughter put together all the documentation and mailed it simultaneously. Both my son and daughter received their dividend payments soon after, but I did not. I've been in contact with Computershare's customer service for months now - every agent has a different take on things. Then this is missing, then they need that extra. Then you need to dematerialize your share certificate in order to get your dividend payment, then you don't. I've made in excess of 10 calls to them and have send through documentation on 3 separate occasions. I would like to know what the hold up is and when I can expect my dividend payment which was promised to me on 29 April 2013 already.
