Can someone please tell me how to get hold of Miway...

I crashed my bike over a week ago, and I cant get through to any claims dept,
the website wont let me claim.. and no one ever calls back,
I have no idea where my bike is, or what the status is...

why do I have to come to HelloPeter to just get basic service???
