NO FEEDBACK- 2 WEEKS LATER!!!

My phone was out of my car, after my remote was jammed, 18 Dec.
I submitted my claim 20 Dec, after which I was told it will take up to 48hrs for a response. It is now 6 Jan 2014, I just got off the phone with them, and was told AGAIN, that there's still no feedback from the Underwriters.

We call them every day, their response is they'll call back in 5 mins, its never happened! I was told that there's NO proof of forced entry, & that its never been proved that a remote can get jammed, that's why my case is "different", now I ask you with tears in my eyes, WHAT PLANET DO YOU LIVE ON???
We offered to hand the CCTV footage over, and nobody seems interested!
I am now going to seek legal advice, & if need be, go to the press...

I want to warn SA to stay away from this insurance, they obviously have no sense of customer care, & obviously do as they please! I got the name of the person dealing with my claim today (for the first time), watch this space, an update will follow!
Sick & tired of paying for non-existent service, its disgusting how we get treated! Next step will be an appointment with the CPA, I'M DONE STRUGGLING!
