Bad Service and Car Repairs Done Poorly

I have been insured with Regent since i got my car in March 2011 and was in an accident on 25 October 2013 and the airbags were released. I put in a claim and the car was taken to Greenstone autobody for repairs. I was given the run around for over 6 weeks (with no courtesy car) and I was told my car was ready for collection on 18 December 2013. After I paid the R8000 excess fee I drove the car out and found the following issues:

1. Car did not feel like power steering. It was very hard and a mission to turn.
2. Indicator sound was not working
3. VERY loud creaking sound while driving which went even louder when I turned the wheels. Car was also pulling badly to the right when driving despite tge alignment report saying it is fine.
4. The dashboard that was replaced just didnt look like it was fit for my car. The cubby hole door doesnt even close properly because it just doesnt fit.

According to me this car is in a worse state than it was after the accident as the only damage then was airbags.
These are just the issues that I noted driving that car for 5 minutes and I am very scared to imagine what else is wrong. Regent has said nothing to me and I need a workable solution ASAP.
