Failure to pay on time agreed upon

Like seriously now, 1life is fooling us. They are now failing to pay us as promised wen u take out the cover with them. On the contract they had with mom they say everything wl b processed within 48hrs once they received the call from a family member. My mom passed on the 27.11.12 and we notified em on the 3rd.12.14 and was asked to fax the documents. I faxed them twice. I had to call em to ask 2speak 2 a supervisor as the agents were failing to assist me telling me that they are investigating. What was it that they were investigating without my knowledge. Why arent they calling me to let me know whats happening. On the 20.12.12 a lady called me advisinf me that they will call me befr the 27.12.12. Till today no one has called. This is very wrong. The next thing i ll do is to take them to court if they fail to honour the agreement the had with mom. Today is monday if they fail to contact me before this friday i ll b forced to take them to court cos they now investigating in order for them to find means to rob us so that they wont pay us. We knw how these companies operate. What is it that is taking them a month to process instead of a promised 48hrs. My moms policy was up to date.
