1Life is billing me twice for one product

In November I recieved a call from 1Life insurance consultant selling a higher life policy to the one I already had. I agreed to take the improved offer, however to my suprise 1life started making two debits instead of only one which was supposed to underwrite the old policy. My problem now is that, everytime I call their call centre my calls are never taken. Just yesterday I was on-hold for almost twenty minutes before I decided to hang up.

If no one is taking my calls to just fix this, what about when my family needs to claim, this means my family will struggle to get what will be due to them.
