Poor service on Claims

It's one thing to deal with bad service, but to have different reports every time you log a call is disgusting. it has been over a month since my car was taken in and getting a report on the progress of my claim has been an on-going mission. A couple of weeks ago one of the agents told me that my claim had been finalised and the only thing they required was for me to let them know if I was happy with the panelbeaters that they had chosen. I told them that I was happy with Renew It so they gave me contact numbers for the Renew It branch in Randburg. Just now I stayed on the phone for 35 minutes, trying to get hold of the claims department agents and when I finally did, I was told that my claim has not been approved and that validations have not been made yet so there is nothing much that can be done. On top of that the person handling my claim has never, even once, bothered to send me a mail, let alone call. The past 35 days have been the most stressful days of my life. All thanks to the Miway team and it's very poor service!
