I received a call from a competitor insurance company who offered me a R376 per month saving on my entire insurance portfolio. Having been with Outsurance for many years, and not really keen to move insurers, I called into the call centre to see if I qualified for a rerate. I was duly assisted by Ntombi, who was an absolute star and a pleasure to deal with. We went through each item one by one, and in 10 minutes she had managed to knock off an additional R189 on top of the competitor's quote - that's a total monthly saving of R565. What an awesome start to the new year. Thank you Ntombi, and thank you Outsurance - this is just what I would have expected from you!!
