Geyser claim -- a week later, no assistance

On Monday morning 30 December 2013, I registered a claim for a leaking geyser. Water was streaming out of the geyser, causing damage to the ceilings and the laminated floors in the passage. To date no one has come to attend to the problem. There is only one service provider for plumbing problems 24Fix----- this is ridiculous!!
We waited around all day on the 30 December and no one from the service provider called us to make an appointment. After phoning and complaining to the insurance call centre, we eventually got a call from the service provider late on 30 December 2013, promising to be at our home at 14h30 on 31st December 2013. Needless to say, they did not pitch up and we are still trying to get someone to help us. We've had no hot water for a week. Outsurance would have sent someone within half an hour of our first call.
