From 7-10 days to 21 days for a refund

After settling my MFC account a debit ran of, I phoned and was told that it would take 7-10 working days for the refund to come through, after 10 days i phoned back only to be told its actually now 21 days from the 10th day! Can someone please just make sure I get my money back! This is highly annoying and it seems like the call center staff have no training that's why they give different information! This is not my first report about MFC, there's always a problem when it comes to them!
