HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?? - They don't want to help

Have been a FNB customer for nearly 2 years. Monthly salary are going into Gold Cheque Account, and i am paying more monthly banking fees than signed for. Now that i have trying to start a small 1 man business, and need a loan too help me get on my feet, now they really don't want to help. According to their systems i am blacklisted, and that is the reason for not wanting too help me. Now this is my question. How are FNB willing too help other people who are blacklisted with loans like, R160 000.00 but they are not willing too go out of their way to help me??? I know this because i know the people that they have assisted with, with this amount of loan, and there were no questions asked when the loan was approved by them. Are FNB only willing too help people who are very rich? What about the regular guy on the block who is trying to make something with his life, and for his family? What does FNB's slogan mean: FNB - HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? With this kind of service, why should one stay with a bank, that can't even keep up too their word?
