Malfunctioning Smart Device MACBOOK PRO

Please advise.

I ordered a Macbook through the bank, and it has a few problems and is unusable half the time.

1. The cursor goes crazy opening pages, files and DELETING things without me even touching the trackpad.
2. The computer shocks me (or others) if we touch whilst I am touching the laptop
3. What I presume is the "apple" logo shines through onto the screen when the screen is dark / has a dark background.

I have recently moved and my box with my papers is in storage somewhere. I imagine my laptop is about a year old now, but the problems started before - but not to such a large extent.

I live in Hermanus. Please could you let me know what can be done about this - it has caused a MAJOR problem by deleting live files from an FTP server and crashing a website. Which I have to now re-customize.
