100% affordability but cant get home loan

Been banking with FNB all my life I earn over 45k pm, have a family of 6. My sin is being blacklisted for the next 30yrs because of my home that was repo by same bank and sold for next to nothing 4yrs ago when I was in darker times and left me with a debt of over 400k. I can not pay this amount at once off, I made arrangements with the bank and paying on monthly basis and sticking to the arrangement. Now I can afford to put my family in a decent home but nooo the bank say you blacklisted we wont touch or even listen or look at you until you finish our money or for the next 30 yrs.
I find it very unfair that I currently I pay rent of 9k pm which seems i will have to do for the rest of my life at my age, while I can take the same amount towards my family future by giving my kids a secured home.
The bank will not look at financing a home or even a decent vehicle while the affordability is there meaning Im a indirect prisoner for the next 30ys.
Doesnt the credit act look at the affordability of the individual or its clear once blacklisted no banking institute must ever finannce you for anything at all
Very very frustrated how does one obtain a home loan now
