I opened an account on the 17th of July or somewhere around there. Upon opening the account I applied for a MacBook Pro under the Cheque Account option and it got approved. They said I must fill in a debit order/ salary switching form and send it back which I did. To this date I have not received the MacBook and I have not received any communication regarding the application. Now my problem is not receiving the device as the good part of it is I am saving money. The problem is I have been placed on the mobile pricing option while I don't even have the device. This is really unacceptable.
