Unreliable Edcon Service

I am currently not happy with the service I'm getting from edgars as I had claimed for a lost cellphone over a week ago and the claim form was filled in accordingly at the edgars in clearwater, however I receive a call telling me that the case number (OB number) I had provided is wrong which I have went to the police station for and got it from there. I don't know if the level of staff is competent or what because I failed to understand how the case number was wrong. Its sickening thinking about this because they are quick to call you when you miss your payment date and can call 20 times if they have to but when it comes to me getting joy from the services I pay for (insurance) its a totally different story. Having to sit without a phone for close to 2 weeks hasn't been the best experience and I doubt it will be for anyone.
