Got into the bank just to get my card replace, bt had to wait in line with about 10 poeple infront of me which is not alot at all considering the fact that some are jst der to print out statement. They was only one consultant helping which seems like she didn't even know what she was doing because she spent almost 20mins on one individual, no manager on site to help out people who had queries with what que to stand in ppl well in the wrong lines and spoke to Wendy Vezi and she told me this is how the work with one person per section. I mean why do they have to working stations in that case. The lady that was working all of a sudden said she is going off on break. So i asked her to speak to the manager, Ansie she was of no help she gave me an excuse as one of their staff members were in a car accident which clearly didn't help. The consultant Bervely Govender comes back and has the nerve to say oh u still here and smiles. She was plain rude and am definitely leaving fnb and never going to recommend it to anyone i know. Its been a great journey but this really topped all the bad experience service i've ever received.
