I bought car with ABSA Finance I year 1994. I paid it over 60 months, eversince I paid it off, I have been begging ABSA to give me my ownership papers. I have called them for many years. I will appreciate your assistance with this matter. I have to date accumulated R 5000 over I feel the bank must settle as they have caused undue accumulation.
